Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange/Return Shipping Fees

Since we directly ship merchandise to you through international delivery, we do not include import taxes in the sale. However, if you need to return an item, our NCLLW team will handle the inspection and processing after receiving it. When returning, the item will be restocked as business inventory, and additional costs will be incurred due to business-related import taxes, product-specific overseas shipping fees, and domestic transportation fees. Unfortunately, this necessitates a cost per item. We appreciate your understanding and ask for your cooperation in making the purchase.

 Not applicable for defective items

  • Finishing Details of the Product (such as loose threads, buttonholes, etc.) are not considered defects.

    • For example, if you receive an item with undrilled buttonholes, this is a result of wear prevention and the production process. You can easily create holes using scissors for proper wear. Additionally, variations in washing treatment occur due to fabric characteristics, making it challenging to classify as a defect.
  • Wrinkles, Odors, Loose Threads, Dust, and Contaminants are common occurrences during production and are not defects.

    • These include pocket pilling (caused by friction during washing), minor chalk marks (removable during simple spot cleaning), and knitwear finishing and pilling.
    • Other factors like zipper movement, shoe finish bonding marks, wrinkles, pattern variations from product images, and size differences due to reorder cycles are also part of the production process and not defects.
    • Please note that we inspect and photograph items before shipping. Intentional damage to the product may result in legal consequences.

 Cases where exchange/return is not possible (please read carefully)

  • If the item is not returned in the same condition as when first received (e.g., missing tags or components), additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Visible signs of wear or scents (such as perfume or fabric softener).
  • Depreciation due to prolonged neglect.
  • Damage caused by customer negligence, unauthorized repairs, or washing.
  • Custom-made items.
  • Sending items without expressing an intention for exchange/return.
  • Accidents occurring during courier transit must be handled by the courier company.
  • Exchange/return is only possible within 7 days from the date of receipt. ※ If any of the above apply, the item will be returned to the customer without further notice.
